About Us

In 2000, St. Marc became the first medical center in Lebanon to offer patients online access to their test results. This was a major advancement in patient care and transparency.

The expansion continued in 2008 with the launch of a Nuclear Medicine Department at the Zalka Branch. There, patients can receive a full range of scintigraphy procedures, including thyroid, bone, kidney, and cardiac scans.

In 2009, the center received ISO 9001:2015 certification across all departments, reinforcing its commitment to quality and international standards.

By 2011, St. Marc further upgraded its imaging capabilities with two new cone beam (CB-CT) scanners in the Zalka and Geitawi Branches. This enhancement improved both diagnostic accuracy and patient comfort. That same year, the Geitawi Branch introduced a PHILIPS MRI Unit, enabling a wider range of high-resolution imaging procedures.

Founded in 1976 as a clinical laboratory, St. Marc Medical & Diagnostic Center S.A.L. took a pioneering step in 1978 by adding a Radiology Department. As a result, it became the first diagnostic medical center in Lebanon. Over the years, the center expanded to include a professional echography unit. Thus, it now integrates three specialized diagnostic units under one roof, offering patients comprehensive and coordinated care.
